Monthly Meditation Classes

Join Us for a Guided Meditation series which will encourage all who gather to find their unique alignment through personal intention and raising planetary vibration. This individualized class series focuses on personal growth, gaining peace, and learning how to flourish through meditative practice. Whether you are an absolute beginner or meditation pro, each 60-minute class is appropriate for all levels and will open with an introduction to intention setting, followed by guided meditation, grounding, and finally self reflection.
What to Bring: Please bring blankets and/or sweaters for warmth; pillows, bolsters and other props for comfort should be brought from home as personal desire dictates. Yoga mats and Hammocks will be provided but limited to 16. Light refreshments will be served.

Chakra Class
In this class you will learn:
- The chakra system of the body and its corresponding organs. - Learn about the 7 chakras and how they contribute to our well-being.
- Different ways to bring your body to optimal balance. - You will learn through the use of color, sound and crystals how to bring your body to function the best it can.
- Different meditation techniques that will help you become healthier and happier.
Reiki Training & Attunements
Reiki is being passed from generation to generation through energetic Attunements - received from a reiki master teacher, the reiki master is channeling/passing reiki frequencies/energy into the initiates.
Reiki I - In this class you will learn how to use the energy of reiki and apply it to yourself for self healing, as well as different grounding and protection meditation.
Reiki II – You will receive the symbols (sacred keys) – which are tools to help direct energy. The symbols are used in the sessions as well as the attunements and are used to boost up the reiki energy. You will also learn to bring your reiki therapy to another level – learning how to give sessions to others.
Reiki III (master level) – You will receive the master symbols and become even more integrated with the reiki energy; we will focus on group sessions and reiki shares.
Reiki Master Teacher – You will learn how to run your own classes as the instructor, how to pass on the attunements initiating students into the reiki teachings, and be given the tools on how to be a successful teacher and practitioner.
